We know because we did it too.
Every payday meant hours in Excel — manually calculating PAYE brackets, FNPF contributions, overtime rates. Leave requests came through WhatsApp and got lost. Tax filings were stressful because nothing was in one place.
We looked for software to fix this. Everything we found was built for Australia, New Zealand, or the US. None of it understood Fiji's tax system, our pay structures, or the Employment Relations Act 2007.

PayLoop generates the exact TPOS file format accepted by the Fiji Revenue and Customs Service — automatically, every payroll run. No manual entry, no formatting errors.
Employee 8% and employer 10% contributions are calculated automatically on every pay run. FNPF employer numbers, employee numbers, and contribution schedules are stored and ready.
PayLoop enforces the Employment Relations Act 2007 overtime structure: first 4 hours at ×1.5, additional hours at ×2.0, Sundays at ×2.0, and public holidays at double pay. Calculated correctly, automatically.
PAYE is calculated using the official FRCS bracket table — annualised correctly per pay period (weekly ×52, fortnightly ×26, monthly ×12) then divided back. Resident and non-resident rates. No guesswork.
