Hours, overtime, lunch deductions, and rounding rules run automatically. Define a 5-minute grace window and clock-ins at 8:04 snap to 8:00. The admin never opens a calculator.

Leave management with approval workflow
Employees request leave on their phone. Managers approve or decline with one click. Approved leave automatically blocks rostering and flags any roster conflicts before the week starts.

Weekly roster with employee confirmation
Managers build the schedule on a grid, publish it, and employees see their upcoming shifts on their phone. Staff confirm or request a change — no more 'I never saw the roster' the morning of the shift.
